Dr. Deepika Jain, Ph.D.
Founder and CEO
Dr. Jain, a recognized expert in the field of pulmonary research, co-founded Xperiment Services in 2007. Dr. Jain has over 10 years of experience in the field of life sciences with more than 15 peer-reviewed publications and many invited presentations. Her scientific expertise focuses on Pulmonary Research, with special emphasis on asthma and ARDS. Prior to establishing XPeriment Services, Dr. Jain worked as a Research Associate in the Pulmonary Division of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Jain earned her Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Cardio-Respiratory Physiology from Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute in New Delhi, India; prior to her post-doctoral fellowship at Univ. of Penn. Dr. Jain earned her M.Biotech from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, and her MBA, majoring in Operations Management, from Indira Gandhi University in New Delhi, India.
Robert Gaul, Esq.

Robert Gaul, Esquire has been serving in an advisory capacity to Xperiment Services since 2008. He has over ten years of experience in investigating and litigating subrogation matters. He founded the subrogation law firm of Gaul & Associates, P.C. in the spring of 2007. The firm represents multiple insurance carriers in subrogation matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals and the Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Gaul has lectured to fire marshals and fire fighters on Fire Investigations and Civil Litigation and is a frequent speaker to insurance carriers on issues involving subrogation litigation and the early investigation of large subrogation claims.
Mr. Gaul obtained his undergraduate degree in 1993 from The Johns Hopkins University where he played varsity football. He graduated from the Temple University School of Law in 1996 where he was a member of the International Law Journal. He is admitted to the state and federal bars in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and resides with his wife, Cara, in Philadelphia, PA.
Fady B. Sahhar

Fady Sahhar has been serving in an advisory capacity to Xperiment Services since its inception. He brings over 30 years of senior management experience working with major multinational companies including Sara Lee, Mobil Oil, Tenneco Packaging, Pactiv, Progressive Insurance, Transitions Optical, PPG Industries and Essilor (France). His corporate responsibilities included new product development, strategic planning, marketing management, and global sales. He has developed a number of global communications networks, launched products in over 45 countries, and managed a number of branded patented products. Fady’s consulting firm, XtraGlobex, provides strategy, planning, and comprehensive marketing solutions to clients across the industry spectrum, and across the globe.
Fady holds an MBA in Marketing, and is a PhD candidate in Global Leadership and Economic Development. He teaches at the MBA level at a number of universities and conducts training seminars in global leadership, marketing management and business development. He is fluent in French and Arabic.
